how do you gain muscle? yes its true that some slimming centre is good. They are like a nutritionist/dietician. They teach you what to do and what to eat and to increase the intensity of weight loss, they have vibration, gel and etc... for your speedy weight loss. The important thing is this, you look healthier and energetic. You should not stop what your present diet is. My simple Q for you is this - how many people who work in the slimming center actually are BIG before and now is small? :0) my 2 cents worth.

Good Day everyone, I have a long race proposal to tell. :0) - know my present wife for a total of 12 years. - i knew her when she is 17 years old, well you may say i cheated her :0) - on our 10 years anniversary, brought her to a yacht club and propose to her. it was a proposal that i took almost a month to think of because in singapore, all location has been done and tried before so i went around and checked and found this place. well, she never expected anything special because every year on our 27th June is our anniversary we celebrated and even our monthly known date. *dumb right :0) but that is one way we took time to be together. We were talking about the spectacular view and had some wine after dinner and also that helps to boost up my confidence. so i told her this place is a great place to hold a special event, she has no response. So i said: Dear ah, will it be great to hold our ROM here? she is like *huh! and she smiles and laughs and i knew it is the answer for YES! - at the end, we did not ROM in the yacht club but got married later in The Legend Country club with inclusive of the ROM on that day in 2008. - reason is because we(is just us thinking this way and we are not speaking for all) want to marry once and not twice. and doing it once is very different when you ROM and months or years later you got married. you just feel Different! What the other guy said about man proposing to their girl, i think he is right. Guys should do that and ladies should enjoy the moment. A moment in life that you will tell yourself: at least i was being proposed before and i experienced it. It was Beautiful! these are just my love story and my view, if you think otherwise, No Problem! Everyone live with a choice... :0) Be hapy and Live Well! Me.

Hi to block 272 neighbours, i believe you will get your keys soon. what i did the last time, i checked with the 'bangalesh' workers around my block 273D and asked them have the contractor passed the keys to HDB or have they completed the work in that block. if they said yes, less than a month, HDB will called you up already. Can i give you a piece of advise, please be nice to these people because they can help you with alot of miscellanous or you may said "doing the dirty job". They are very resourceful! For my ID, i am using GPlan, E.L. I wouldn't said she is the best but as much as i am concerned, i can see that she is giving her best service to me. If you need her quote or services, just PM me. Anyway i am from 5th floor, 273D and if you wanna check out my ongoing reno, just drop by and check it out if the door is open. Hope to make some friends and have a happy environment around. hello... congratulation for shedding some weights but weight loss can in many forms. muscle loss, fat loss, water loss, temoporary weight loss... please take note of all these because what you are experiencing can be prolong if you watch over it. on top of that, slimming centre is more concern about weight loss but not your actual general health. strength gain? my 2 cents worth. :0)

Hi spidercool, if you add the whole system BTU is = 49,000BTU. Do you think if you power on the living hall, the rest of the rooms will be cold? Realising this problem, i purchase Mitsubishi system 2 with 2 sets of 12,000BTU and 9,000BTU. my new place is a 4 rooms flat. what about yours??
