Hi....u sign with Home Guide actually i followed my friend to get his quote recently and the electrical pt & SCV are included in his quotation next time speak to the boss will be better....i'm still thinking whether to sign with them since u have some bad experience with them.....

i agreed...have not sign up any package yet. follow my friend to collect his quote from his ID from Home guide.. Price a little pricey...but the boss himself is oversea the workmanship ... seem reliable to me

yah... the wardrobe & kitchen cabinet at least 4-5k last week i went to IMM and this shop allow me to choose tiles up to $1.80ct which i think is the lowest no wonder the code is cheaper

Total about 20k think it reasonable but 2 months period is too long can recommend your contractor bo...

beware of the salesman u are dealing with...some are part time staff whom are trying to hit & run some really dress to impress....is this neccesary. Talk so much also no use i have not sign up any package yet....will wait for other quote first

Went there to source for quote for my resale All booth display very solid & fanciful...some are salesman & some are IDs or bosses Visit Extract Living 1) MD quite friendly and sincere but want us to deposit $500 for the 3D drawing. If dun like their quote/package can exchange for gift from their supplier. 2) Rest & Relax No comment....ID will get back to me after planning the layout 3) Unimax 8 years warranty.....think their 4rm resale package on the high side Not include painting & design/supply false ceiling...the salesman whom entertain me seem to be lack of knowledge...maybe i better than him. Quote me 1.5k for the painting of whole house... shld be the most expensive among all rest of the booth never try//

Hi Guys Hope can get some advice & comment Went to IMM asking for quote and most ID has close shop around 9pm so managed to get 1 quote Basic package was 14k ( 2 Bathroom + 1 Kitchen) c/w free toilet bowl(2), sink (2) & water heater I have added few more items 1) MBR wardrobe($1800) base on 220pft 2) shower screen( $500) 3) L Box for bed room ($380) exclude cost for electrical wiring 4) Shoe cabinet with divider ($1400) 5) MBR vanity top ($680) 6) Paint whole house ICI 6 colour( $1400) total work around 20k before GST 7 % is this expensive or reasonable thanks
