  1. i already stated the reason becuz they know where we stay. but i will complain to alex personally when he's back. i m not using their service but i did have some knowledge about the company already. it's up to u to believe...maybe u can check with alex at a later time.

U sure this guy can design? the company has only been around since 2006, doesn't sound quite rite? im not sure about you guys, but whenever i see packages, i get suspicious...it's more likely u end up having to pay more in total. their quotations are also not cheap as compared to those i was quoted n details are left out(signs of hidden costs). dun understand why ppl wanna go for their service, since the service really sux.
  3. i will complain to alex personally when he's back. the reason i dint want to tell the story here bcuz he knows where we stay. but if u r really curious, i will expose him some other time. i dunno whether he's out of his mind, but it's just **** rude and unprofessional. according to my gf, maybe it's bcuz another guy fren was around and he wanted to show off or something...really sickening.
  4. She's a bit shocked and dam pissed...dun think i wanna mention the name of the staff, but it appeared to me that they r a bunch of ah bengs who can barely be called DESIGNERS...i think they are more likely to screw up ur home than to help u build a dream home...
  5. Warning to all the flat owners out there. Try to avoid this ID. We had a terrible experience with this ID. The staff was so unprofessional and rude, even tried to hit on my gf when she went down to the shop to ask for quotations. WTH....From the way they handle customers, I doubt anyone can trust them with your home. Think carefully.

You really knows a lot for a gal...hahaha do you know much about workmanship? what to take note when you look at his work? i wonder whether IDs are supposed to show you 3D drawing after discussing reno ideas with you, but before you commit? one told me he wont draw until we pay deposit. so can we expect at least a 2D drawing to know what he's doing to our flat?

  9. Thank you Mud3210...it looks like re-laminating is more expensive than making new ones...prob not even worth trying it. anyway, is it true that IDs are not worth the money? Mine is a resale flat, renovated, hence unless we want to makeover, which means a lot of hacking, it doesn't make sense to engage ID as there isn't much room for trying out new designs... To dismantle existing WC bowl and to install new set. (owner to provide bowl) S$ 280.00 3. To re-laminate 1 sided existing Shelter feature wall (L: 2.2m) and a door. S$ 950.00 4. To supply and install 1 set wallpaper at T.V area (L: 8.3m x H: 2.5m). S$ 1,880.00 5.
