Very neat and simple, should be less then $10k?

Recently did a project to surround the entire reception area with partiton and built a temporary reception. Quite interesting , contractor finish the job on sat at less then $4k , very impressive.

I recently attended a course on smart home. Actually creating a smart home is quite simple, if you follow the few steps. Buying of Google Nest Hub, Nest audio, Nest mini , smart bulb and plugs. Cost around $374. Need to see the size of the house for bigger unit, may require more Mini nest to control the room equipments. Think this is only primary school smart home, will try to learn from the advance like smart switch and lightings control , gate control . Do you think ID charging additional $2k to $3K is justify?

Hi actual solution is just to seal off the edge with water proof silicon. This prevent water vapour seeping into the drawer causing the mold.

I just move in the house and realised there was mold inside the basin cabinet. I try numerous methods to get rid of it. But the the mold continue to grow after i had removed it. Do you all have a solution?
