How much did u see the machine for? Try Kong Tai. Those electronic stores prices should be around $430plus like that, while Kong Tai quoted me $380. Yah loh, I also wana go overseas. But it seems like now everywhere also can't go.

Haha! There's LOTS of super nice ones that I like. So far only tried sorbets, still haven try the ice cream recipes. Hehehe, still more into baking. I tried watermelon and strawberry sorbet; it's great! I tried it with orange juice instead of strawberry, and it's good too. Hehehe, maybe I'll go back and paste that one. Very refreshing.

Haha, buy a ice cream recipe book to try loh. Mine is pretty cool - 500 Ice Cream, Sorbet & Gelatos. I got it at $13plus after discount. Can be found at Popular, Harris or Page One. Can try making them by hand first b4 getting an ice cream maker.

Nice drawings and layout. Hehe, my hb's side of the bed also only abt 50+ to max 60cm. It is abit cramp, and not possible for 2 pax. White glossy tiles are good for kitchen. The whole kitchen will look very spacious and bright, and it's really easy to clean too.

Wah, the stairs look well taken care of in the pics. Hehe, and can see the bedrm 2 WIW area. Looks shiok.

Do u roll the swiss roll when it's still warm, or gota wait till it's cooled then roll? I read conflicting advices on the internet.. So duno whh to trust. But tink wen it's warm, the cake should be easier to roll and won't break bah?
