No need to jealous lar! U can save up to buy too. Scarly u go buy kmix and it'll b my turn to be jealous! I read somewhere that after cutting/piping, put the cookie tray with the pre-baked cookies in the fridge to let the dough settle. The cookies will be able to retain their shapes well. I've tried that with piped cookies, quite good advice.

Haha! Tell them u do it for enjoyment and not for sale loh. I feel that there's a different 'feeling' between doing it for money and doing it because u want to do it. Hehe, yeah, I get wat u mean. I think the cookie will look great! Maybe instead of choc dip, can try green coloured icing to make the cookie look more like a xmas tree? hehehehe... thinking abt it makes me excited! U not lazy lar. Think normal days don't need to decorate lar. It'll have too much sugar for daily consumption too. I'll also only decorate for special occasions or when I really really have nuting to do or when I wana try sth.

And my ears will confirm fall off from the nagging I'll get from my hb if I buy kmix. So u really didn't buy during Tangs sale ah? Tot u said tat u intend to get? Haha, true lar. It's deeper and made of ss. The rest that I see are made of plastic. But hor, the base of kenwood mixers are really VERY heavy. hehehe... think it's to make it more stable bah. My hb was wondering if I'll really use it since it's so heavy to carry it out from the cupboards. I told him OF COURSE will take out and use. And will giggle happily while carrying & using too!

U r back! Haiz, sounds like u had lots of headaches over the reno. Like wat I always say. Do/redo those stuff that u cannot dahan. For those that can ignore or won't see often, then let it go. Since it's near the end of your reno with Yeak, ask him to rectify any items that you cannot see day-in-day-out. It's not worth being too soft hearted. Wait u sim tia everyday, and we also sim tia everyday for u. Overall, the pics look great. The chairs look fabulous! Btw, if u cancelled the capentry, where will u be getting them? From another contractor?

Hehehe.. I knew I wanted this when I first laid eyes on it. Although there's cheaper brands out there, I still got this in the end. Only complain is that it's super heavy! hehehehehe Yes! It's a cheaper model in the Kenwood series. I bought it at $438 and it came with a free blender (during Tangs National Day sale).

Haha, no leh. It's just a less than $10 slippers that I bought from Queensway. Must be a lady thief, and one who dun need guy's slippers.

Low floors - may have more creepy crawlies - may have smells from the rubbish chute - may have lesser wind as the block may be blocked by other higher blocks surrounding/near it I find walk up EMs really not very good as there's no lifts. Not only for elders/kids, but if you have little kids and have prams, it'll be a hassle to climb the stairs. Also u'll need to carry your heavy groceries up the stairs. For EMs on the ground floor - lack of privacy and lots of noise from people walking by the unit. Hope it helps.

Got loh!!! The 2nd day after I shifted to my current place, the pair of slippers that I left outside my door was stolen!! But nobody steal my hb's and FIL's slippers so far. Haha, then I guess that should be fine bah. Can't imagine if one day go home and the whole shoe cabinet's gone!
