haha, dun need to borrow cook book lar. Just search online for watever u wana cook. There's tonnes of recipes online. Haha yeah i can understand. My legs felt very hot in my wedding gown. But my evening one was a cheongsam, so didn't feel that bad. Can try. But will need a square mold to do the square. Sugar or fondant is usually used. Can consider buying ready made fondant and roll it into the shape/size u want. U wana do it for xmas or for a bdae izit?

Haha, I bake almost every weekend. Normally Sundays. This weekend going to be a hectic baking day, cuz I baking cookies for about 14 colleagues. Going to put those cookies in little jars. Hee, yupz. I'm actually going to do these decorated sugar cookies as well as other cookies as xmas presents for my colleagues. Last wkend tried for the first time, and it was fun decorating them. Yay~ Tulips is the best. Tiring but should be very fun rite? Last time wen my wedding over, I was glad too. But after awhile, I kinda miss it, cuz nothing to rush and do liao. hehhehe

I know that folding of flour or light mixtures such as whipped egg whites confirm cannot, cuz pattisier dun have the "fold" function. But other than that it's fine. However, I normally use it only when I have heavy whipping/creaming to do. If not normal hand cream/mix using wooden spoon/whisk will do. But if it's to mix in flour into the batter, can also use the mixer. Main point is not to use mixer when u dun wana deflate the batter (lose the air in the mixture).

Hehe, my hb wanted those kopitiam table, and we searched for it. Was eyeing the one from Red Apple until we saw our current dining table. Hee, looks like ur finance minister prefer a modern kopitiam instead of the retro look. *HI FIVE!* Hehehe... I have the exact same one. Just that I sold the free blender when I bought this in Aug. Hehe, it's very easy to use. U'll be whipping up great stuff in no time. Simply put - wire whisk for eggs, k-beater for batter, dough hook for dough. That's roughly all u need to know.
