Oh, I like that u'll be able to test the sofa b4 they upholster it. Can change the cushion etc to suit ur preference b4 they finish the pdt. It's not a common colour (black, white, grey, beige) where most pple have for their sofas. Think it'll be very interesting and will be a feature on it's own. Agree that u guys will have to choose the right yellow and grey to match. Think those darker yellows (like dull mustard color) will look great with grey.

Haha, yeah. It's completely normal to have lots of carton boxes lying around while unpacking. Hope to see the pics after u've settled in to your new place. Old one dun go, new one wun come. So it's a GOOD bye to your old EM.

The WC in my ground flr toilet is abit of a distance away fr the sewage pipe, ard 1m. The previous owner installed it with a pipe linking the WC to the sewage pipe. U'll need to get a P-trap WC in order to do this. Hope it helps. Saw in ur siggy that u'll be signing the OTP todae! Congrates!

They were ok loh. Not fantastic, not shabby. I'll say above average. Quality is hard to sae, since we didn't make a new sofa/chairs. We just re-uphoster our current stuff. Nice. I like the light coloured one. So will u be going for a dark or light colour palate?
