If extend another 2 wks, then their last day at the place should be 6Dec. Don't be too soft. After all, u r the owner of the place liao. Agent is agent. U should have the final say. Maybe u can inconvenient them by bringing contractors up to the place to take measurements etc, even thou u r not gg to renovate so soon. haha Then they may feel paiseh and faster shift.

Morning! I'm the same with happywolfie, getting quotations. Going for 2nd appt 29Dec, and will allow the sellers to move out by 5th Jan 09. So should be starting renos around that time as well. Check with your, when will be a good time for me to ask the sellers to allow me to bring contractors/IDs up to the house to take actual measurements? Should I do so after 2nd appt or before that? After 2nd appt will be holiday leh (NYE and NY) leh. Nobody will wana work during that time..

Hmm.. so far I've only heard that too much black or blue is no good in kitchen. Cuz they'll put out the fire element. Lots of pple used red in their kitchen. Could it be that ur FSM said that it's not good to have reds in your kitchen only? Maybe cuz of ur bazhi or sth else? If so, maybe u shd check with ur FSM on the reasons why.
