Not too sure about the kitchen accessories, cuz I've not bought them before. But u guys can consider the Raan range for bathroom accessories, as it's made of aluminium and won't rust. I've been using this range (eg: the attached toilet paper holder) for about 4 yrs already, and it's still very good. Hope it helps.

Cannot leh. I also wish to delay if possible, then dun need to take reno loan nor will I need to incur those penalty charges. But if delay until I get the profits, then we won't have a place to stay during renovation. If wana rent a place, then must as well take the reno loan for the time being, and take it that the penalty paid = to the rental fee of the place we rent. Think penalty for early repayment of loan will be cheaper compared to a rental place loh. And since it's full payment as soon as we receive the profits, we won't incur much of the interest bah.

Hi Hiera, I think u misread what I wrote. I'm not using the profit to clear any outstanding for my house. I'm waiting for the profits to clear my reno loan, but the profits will only come in around end Mar/early April. Which is why to start reno now, I need to get a reno loan (be it from relatives or from bank). Then wen the profits come, the reno loan will be paid in full.

It doesn't seem like we can do hacking/tiling before CNY le. Hee, defn-ly will post lots of pics to share share with you all. Wah cher, u bot lots of stuff also liao!
