Hehe, if u would like him to go with u, he'll make the time to do so. Or if u just wana go by urself and then pass him the list of the tiles u've chose, that's fine with him as well. For me, I went with my hb by ourselves the first time round to slowly browse and see what we like. Subsequently, we asked Yeak to meet us so that we can get his opinion on our tiles preferences. He gave us lots of interesting tips and advices abt choosing tiles that we didn't know in the first place.

I'm 1.55m, and I do need to tip toe alittle to reach the bottom of my WM, esp since mine sits on a base. But my WM has a function that will separate the clothes before,during & after washing. So it's actually less wrinkled and not tangled up. Easy to take out and hang.

Congrates on ur new home! Hehe, my mom's block has some units with the same type of balconies. I saw that one of them made sth like a greenhouse roof with grilles (no windows). Looks nice too. Hehe, if u don't like open concept kitchen, can consider doing glass walls/doors. Saw some of the forumners do that, and it's really very nice!

Hehe, I think I heard tat sme where too. But my own preference is top load. Cuz don't need to bend dwn to take out the clothes. Moreover for front load, u'll need to cater a larger space in front to put in/take out clothes, compared to top load. hehehe

Haha! We went IMM lots of times, before and during reno. Cuz near our place. If u wana buy stuff fr Furniture Club, go to the one at IMM. Or at least check the prices btw afew outlets. We bought our living rm set from IFC, and itchy backside went IMM to chk out the price. The salespax at IMM quoted us cheaper! But IFC's outlet got way more stuff on display. So I'll suggest go IFC, c c and take dwn model num and get fr IMM. haha..

Yeak'll recommend Hafary. There's afew other tiles shops along that stretch too, namely LSH and Taugres. Can go there to c c also.

Each wkend just go one place to walk walk c c. When it's time to buy, at least won't waste time rushing here and there. Agreed. Nowadays, most places will try to hold ur purchases longer, in order to do ur business. Check with them if they are able to hold till near the end of ur reno b4 buying. That time, I bought my sofa set almost 5mths b4 I ask them to deliver. Hehehe, just cham xiong with the sales staff. Hehe, now got GSS, sure got lots of gd prices. Just take down all the model num and prices, and come back to check around RT loh.
