Izit those near the green low flats or those older ones near the polyclinic? Those nearer to West Mall (& the green low flats) are newer, while those nearer to the polyclinic are old ones. I would say those near the polyclinic is not worth it. $30k for low levels, I'll agree with chrono and sae no to that price. If the price can be reduced and u like it very much, then consider.

The place looks good, especially the stairs! Will u be keeping the dining/living/study's flooring or all hack? Looks relatively good from the pics.

Hehe, we went to pan tech to take a look, but didn't buy my lights there. Bought them in jalan besar. But yes, I bought my washing machine and fans at Kong Tai. It's cheap.
