Haha.. Poor Yeak. Faster go and help him decide bah precious. I never have an oven till I have my own place. It's actually very satisfying to make something and see others enjoy. It'll be good to really think it through. Convention microwave can always buy anytime, but will need to think of a space to put it. Convention oven gota decide before Yeak start carpentry. So gota decide on sth that u won't regret. Surf around and check out the difference between convention microwave and oven bah. If u really love pastries, I think it'll be fun to be able to whip up some of your favourites urself.

Nice lights! I think 1x13W for shower and maybe a slightly brighter one above the mirror will be good. No need to have bright light to shower but will need bright light to put on make up etc.

Yah man. That time during my housewarming, I had a separate caterer tat's halal. So I packed some food to give my malay neighbours. They kept confirming with me that it's halal before accepting, so can guess that they'll really only take food with halal stamp on it. Hehe, but still got ur utensils leh? Like ur spoons, knifes, chopping boards, etc.

Tink it's quite reasonable woh. And much cheaper than doing those normal roofs.
