Sounds very nice. Must show pics Think it's quite reasonable. One suggestion though, dun tink u guys will need the 24 4R pics, esp since u won't have AD, so may not need to give pics to ur relatives. Can try to bargain with them to change this to one or two additional pic. Moreover, if got relatives really want a pic, u can develop from the CD. Oh, and must confirm with ur BS that the pics returned are original sized ones. I've heard of BS giving couples reduced sized pics. Then the couples were unable to develop nice pics themselves. Hee, try to ask for more pics in the CD too. Next time can develop urselves or at least have them for memory sake. Check with them how many venues can ur go for outdoor PS. Some BS will tell u that u can only go to one, any extras got extra charges, etc.

Wah, that must be very loud for u to b able to hear it. Can try going upstairs to let ur upstairs neighbours know about it loh. Sometimes they duno that they're disrupting others' rest. Last time at my previous place, my upstairs' neighbours' cat like to play with marbles in the middle of the night. Very noisy. My hb went upstairs and told them, and they stopped the cat from playing at night ever since.

I also buay dahan my ILs when we were renovating. My FIL everything also wana keep, and my MIL kept telling anione who will listen that she didn't like the look of the house once she stepped in. I wanted to quarrel with them so many times. In the end, my hb listened to all their suggestions, nod his head, and we told Yeak to do everyting our way. haha.. After do finish liao they can't change aniting liao wat. Like wat u said, they didn't spend time on research, space planning or aniting else. I'm sure your well thought out designs will impress them when it's done.

If it's not too rough it should be fine. After bathing, we just use our feet to sweep the water twds the drainage hole. And it's always dry rather fast. Ur tiles got those little bling bling one anot? Kinda looks like mine.

I was telling my hb if we have such a balcony, we could do it up with chengai wood and outdoor furnishing. *dreaming away... *

Haha, speaking abt MBR with balconies... My hb & I were wondering why can't HDB build a balcony outside MBR/on top of the balcony downstairs... instead of wasting that space and some owners will have to build a roof. hehehhe... how nice to have a balcony at MBR.
