Hehe, won't regret lar. I wanted to install a tub too when I was doing my reno. 90% of the pple that I talked to said that it's a waste of $$, in terms of installation and water bills. And the people who have tubs, rarely use them, as it takes lots of water to fill up the tub and also due to the hassle to clean the tub. Even if they just use the tub to shower, they have to clean the tub after use, so it's very troublesome.

Aiya.. U show pics of ur ice cream creations lar! hehehe

Haha! Same here! But I always tell my hb tat it's beta to have more than less. Eat full full beta than still hungry. For this recipe, I had 1 chic piece for myself and 2 for hubby, 3 potatoes and 2 carrots, 4 rashes of bacon (cut into about 2cm slices), 4-5 stalks of asparagus each, 1 large onion. Hope it helps. And rem to save some room for dessert!

Haha, I not baking queen lar. hehehe.. Still learning how to do lots of stuff. Hehe, thanks! Hehe, yeah, got the recipe from online. They were sooo cute that I knew I had to make them. hehehehe... Yah loh, tiring to position the chips to make faces. hehe.. did different expressions at first, then got tired and just did the same ones in the end. Egg Tart Recipe (shared with me by Ivy & F4) Choc Dipped Drop Cookies Recipe 250g all-purpose flour 150g butter, room temperature 100g icing sugar pinch of salt vanilla extract 1 egg (approx. 50g) some chocolate, melted 1. Preheat oven to 200°C. 2. Prepare a baking sheet with baking paper. 3. Sift the flour in a medium bowl and set aside. 4. Cream together the butter, sugar, salt and vanilla in a large mixing bowl till texture is light and fluffy. 5. Add in the egg and cream till well-distributed. 6. Add in the sifted flour and mix well. 7. Scoop small scoops of dough on the baking sheet. Can also use a piping bag to pipe nice rosettes/shapes. 8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are golden brown in colour. 9. Transfer the cookies to cool on wire rack. 10. Melt some chocolate over a double-boiler. 11. Dip the end of the cooled cookies into the melted chocolate (I find it easier to just spoon some choc onto the cookies). Then leave them on baking paper till chocolate has cooled before serving or keeping in airtight containers. Yield : 32 cookies Yah!! I gave some to my neighbours and they devoured it very quickly! hehehe, then one of the kids came over to ask mi to make more next time. hahahaha.. There was a couple of the doggies that looked super cute, and I couldn't bear to eat them. Hehe.. U used HHB's recipe rite? Tink we used the same one, just tat I used Milo instead of Horlicks. Harlow harlow! Thanks for the compliment! It's actually super easy to do it. Here's how I did it: 1. Cut some slits along the chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken pieces (I used thigh & drumstick) with McCormick's Honey Mustard Sauce (comes in a bottle) for at least 4hours. 2. Cut potatoes and carrots and drizzle/mix with olive oil, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. 3. In a separate bowl, mix asparagus, onions & bacon with olive oil, salt & pepper. (can do this just before u need to use them, & reuse the potatoes/carrots bowl to minimize washing) 4. Place chicken pieces in middle of oven save deep dish and surround with the potatoes & carrots. 5. Bake at pre-heated oven at 220 degs (210degs for fan forced) for 1/2 hour. 6. Take out the dish, stir the carrots/potatoes to coat with gravy at the bottom of the dish, and scatter the asparagus, onions and bacon on it. 7. Return to oven for about 10-15 mins. Done. Didn't use recipe for this, everything just agar-agar (estimate or eyeball it). If u like, u can brown the chicken by frying it first before baking. But I find that there's no need to do it. U can try the same recipe with other marinates as well. Just be generous with the marinate. hehehe PS: bacon taste better than turkey bacon for this dish. PPS: use those fat asparagus instead of those thin thai asparagus. Have fun!
