Hehe, no probs. I had headaches abt mine too previously, so understand about ur difficulty. Attached is the rough pic of chrono's layout (fr wat I rem). Hope u dun mind mi playing with your layout. He did a door at the front of the WIW (that black angled line). The white horizontal tingy next to the bed is the frosted glass to give some privacy to the pax sleeping on the bed (since the bed is in front of the entrance). Maybe u can play around with this layout too. If ur partition needs to be in front of the toilet, maybe u can consider shifting the WIW's door to the other side, like Jessie's. Or instead of a door to the WIW, can do a door to separate the bed's side of the room to the toilet/WIW side. A sliding one will save space (see dotted line)

Haha okok. Hmm, I try to draw and show. Or instead of an actual wardrobe with doors, maybe u can consider those pole system. The width needed will be slightly shorter, and it's airier. Think there'll be lesser mold problems etc bah. Another forumer, Jessie, did this for her place.

Most welcome. Poh Joo sells rubine sinks too if u're interested. Can go there to compare both MN sinks and rubine ones. Think the metal shelf could be drilled in bah. Think just get those with a tiny bowl to keep the sponge will do. Then can do without the metal shelf. I wanted to get sth like tat for my kitchen, but MN sinks with that is abit too long for my counter top. So I got just a big sink and attached a plastic shelf to the side for my sponge.

Try Maybank. I got rejected by RHB and tried Maybank. Maybank very efficient and approved our loan super fast. Look for Apple at the main branch. She's very efficient. Yoz! Haha icic. This one is good idea. So far no pblm with the tracks. Sadly I dun have woh. His layout is exactly like urs. Just that his partition starts fr the window and ends b4 the toilet, leaving a walking space. Inside the partition is a WIW. Wardrobe against the wall on the right, and the partition in the middle. The partition separates the windows like ur layout too. Bed against the partition, tv on the left wall. He did a small glass partition perpenticular to that partition, parellal to the door, in order to have some privacy while sleeping. It looks spacious still. Think the most impt is to take ur measurements properly, to see what can be done.

If it's reno loan, we repaid ours in full after getting the cash from the sale of the previous house (my hb & ILs place). If it's housing loan, I took a 23yr loan fr HDB. Cool! So far, the doors are good, no stuck watsoever.

True true. I think ur ID should be able to do a lazy susan for your tv bah. My MBR is also like this, just that our difference is not that big. We just made do, and placed the bed like in ur drawing. So far it looks ok. But ~20cm is really a tiny space between the bed and the wardrobe. Think it'll be better to flush the wall with a false wall.

Finally!!!~ Search for chronograph's tblog. His MBR is exactly wat u're tinking of, except that his tv is on the left wall, and the partition is his bed's headboard. Haha, good to have 2 wardrobes. More space for barang barang. Or the inside one can be just a cabinet for folded clothes, then the one next to door for hanged clothes. Or a his wardrobe and her wardrobe. hehe Why not consider doing a shower screen like mine? The entrance is at the sharp corner. Doors slide open to both side.

Haha! I was going to suggest something like ossify's! I saw pics of pple doing a swivel tv without the full height feature wall before. It's sort of like a floor to ceiling pole (sth like pole dancing those pole), and the tv is fixed to the middle of the pole. Rather cool.
