May I know if the violet colour "Harmonious Purple" from ICI Dulux? I'm thinking of using that colour in my MBR, and would like to see the actual result of it before confirming. Any more pics to share share? Ur hse very unique!

Hi poorgirl09, My first appt was on the same date as u! During our first appt, the officer asked us if xmas week will be fine with us for our 2nd appt. As 2nd appt date is usually 6-8wks after the 1st appt, the earliest for us will be 23 Dec. However, I asked the officer to put our 2nd appt date on 29Dec, and she agreed. So I guess ur 2nd appt date should be around those few dates as well bah.

Heheheh... nah.. I don't tink I will be those to Q up before they open. Those really need lots of stamina and perseverance. hehehehe... Tink will just wait for Sitex. If there no good deals that catch our eyes, then we'll continue to wait for the next sale loh. I believe that HN/Best Denki/Courts/etc will have more sales end of the year and before cny. Yeah.. Had to walk away from the tings i itching to buy Okiez.. Listen to u guys.. I shall not go to HN sale this weekend and will wait for Sitex. Hmm.. I find WII and PS3 bargains so-so only during the last few IT sales leh. Some small shops give better bargains as they have to fight with the big players in the market. Can go do research now, then check out Sitex. If bargains not as gd then dun buy.

Hi Little Monkey, Congrates on finding an EM that you like! However, isn't that a little risky? What if the valuation comes out way below the price you've agreed on? Or if it comes out way above? Would the seller be willing to sell below valuation? I agree with chrono, it's good to wait for the valuation report. But then again, that's just us. hehe.. hope that ur unit will turn out to be 0 cov!

Same experience as zirhk3355 on their chest of drawers. The bottom gave way. But I've been using their wardrobe, sofa, bookcase and glass desk for abt 4yrs, so far still ok. They are not fantastic in terms of quality and finishes, but they'll do.
