Those that I see elsewhere have gaps in btw cuz of the rollers on top. I was tinking if should do blinds or curtains in MBR. But I tink blinds will have a gap in btw, and I would like the room to b v dark (w/out gaps btw panels) wen I sleep. So roller blinds r out for mi rite?

Harlow & congrates on finding ur very own EM! Hee.. come over to the EM thread & chat smetimes. If u know what type of designs u wan, u can always look for contractors. But if u have no ideas on designing ur home, then go for IDs. U can always talk to more IDs to get some ideas, then get a contractor to do ur place.

U can check out HDB webbie for the recently transacted price of the area u wan. Condition wise is up to u. If u r on a budget, then u gota look for a place that is in relatively good condition. If u would like to overhaul everything, then condition is not a problem for u. Good luck and persist in ur search! U will find ur dream place sooner or later.
