Hmm, we're not going for any themes, just comfy I guess. Yupz, agree on the marble flooring. Hehe, we'll be keeping the marble flooring cuz it's still quite good and if wana hack, it'll be a very big project (marble flooring covers dining, living, staircase and all of lvl 2). But I intend to hack the foyer, balcony, kitchen, MBR toilet and lvl 2 common toilet floor. No more money to hack the wash area and common toilet wall.

We finally went for our 2nd appointment yesterday and are official owners of our very own home! Renovations should start around 2nd-3rd week of January, as the sellers will shift out on 4th Jan and we are currently confirming our renovation quotations. Hopefully everything will go smoothly! Har? U selling ur dream house? Why? Yah! That's what I'm afraid of as well! In my current place (4rm flat) i already very "hum ji" (no guts/scare of everything). Wonder how it will be like if I'm alone in my EM. Think my electricity bill will be very high, cuz i'll switch on lots of lights everywhere.

Hmm.. I have 3 contractors telling me that WIW just next to the toilet will have problems in the future. Such as mould in the WIW and on clothes (cuz increased in moisture level) and worst case the wood may even rot. In the end, that was why I decided not to do WIW. If 3 different contractors from 3 different companies also tell me the same thing, then it should be true right?

Hihi! Nope, don't have t-blog yet. Still waiting for 2nd appt, which is next Monday! After that then may start one. My lvl 1 kitchen toilet & lvl 2 common toilet confirm cannot have a wall (if not cannot go into shower area). MBR toilet still can consider to have a wall opp the WC. But it'll be terribly cramp if wana use WC. Therefore, all 3 toilets can't have a wall loh. I like ur dresser! Simple & elegant.

Haha, I'm just scare of the rubbish that my PILs will insist on bringing over to the new place. Really not much place to store their rubbish, esp since the storeroom is that pathetic one under the staircase. Just hope that my hb will convince them that they dun need those stuff that they never even unpack when they shifted to this current house 4yrs ago.

Oooo! U bought the Sino bedsheets izit? Haiz, I went yest around 7.15pm. Left not much. The quilt cover+pillow shams only left with white or ivory colour, when I prefer the milo colour. No more fitted sheets also. So in the end did not buy anything loh. But 600 threadcount at that price really good. Haiz.. Hope that these few days will have other bedsheet sales bah. Wonder will Tangs have sale again, love sheridan bedsheets. Wah lao... This JoJo.. is really . Ya, we don't buy sinks everyday woh. How will we know right? Think I will be screaming at her if I'm u.
