Haiz, so he's still the same. Aiya, dun bother about such idiots. I really wonder how he survive in this biz with such poor attitude. Actually hor, we found this unit ourselves through newspaper. We also found other places ourselves through websites like st701, nation property, property guru, etc. So far, I think that's the best way of finding units, and u know which ones u prefer through the descriptions and pics (if any). My agent was the owner's agent, and we just let him do our paperwork too. So nothing much to say about him. hehehe.. I know that he got exclusive for this unit was 'cuz he knows the owner.

Hee.. Mine actually only about $10k more than urs. The final price was $35,700. Oh, which solid top did u choose in the end? Did u choose the one with little sparkles in them? So far, I still have not taken any pics after shifting in, cuz of all the boxes, cartons.. All everywhere. No point sharing the mess with everyone, and pple can't admire Yeak's work. hehehehe. We'll be cleaning everything up over the weekend, and I'll take pics then. Will post to share after tat.

Hee.. so far didn't reali compare price btw tat shop and ntuc. I intend to go explore tat side, including the ntuc, this wkend. Yah loh, my hb and I were tinking of gg to BL ntuc or to the one at taman jurong (where we used to stay). Both also much bigger then this one. Tink i like the zha huo dian cuz that whole place lots to buy, can on the way buy fruits and watever else. Lots of bakeries to buy bread. much more fun shopping there as compared to ntuc tat side.

Hee, I know wat u mean. Till nw, we still have a couple of boxes in the mbr. Unpacking very tiring, but fun sia. hehe... Yupz, mi paid Yeak liao. My handover was 20th. He came back on 23rd to rectify some stuff and we paid him loh. That's why I like his after sales service very much. I paid him liao and he still willing to come and rectify another little fault I found a couple of days ago.

Hee, I know got ntuc. It's nearer to u then to mi leh. hehehee.. And the ntuc is sooo small and cramp. That's why i rather go to the zha huo dian loh. hehe.. We wanted to open all windows to let the breeze in at first. But the noise prevents us from doing so, unless we wana wake up at 6.30am every day! So we close those windows nearer to our bed and we can slp thru the clapping and music loh. hehehe..

Not bakery shops. Baking shop - a shop tat sells baking stuff leh. Near the cc there. Hee, lz to go ntuc so far. Been buying all my stuff at the fruit stalls and tat za huo dian. hehehe.. I know whh fish porridge u toking abt, every time q super long. So far still haven try it. No wonder not affecting u lar. We dun on a/c and open all windows so the noise is very clear. Even the bus's noise is super loud. So we close half of our windows (those nearer to the bed), and the noise is bearable.

Hee.. icic. I did think of the retractable system. But been reading abt it being heavy and hard to pull up. So decided against it for now loh. May consider in the future, when got more $ too. hehehe..

I know wat u mean abt the ladies doing yoga/exercise in the earli morning liao. very noisy leh, cuz they are directly below mi. hehehehe... There's also a couple of pple doing sme slapping exercise around 6.30am. *faintz* hehehe.. bt slowly getting used to it liao. I told my hb, if i can't beat em, I'll just join in the fun!

Hi xherion! I actually met him straight up at my place to take the actual measurements so that he can give me a actual quote. Let him know how u'll like it and discuss with him. He's rather busy at the moment, but I'm sure he'll be very willing to meet up with you. By doing it the other way (to get a tentative quote w/out measuring) is fine as well, as u'll be able to see an estimated amount that he'll be quoting for the works you wana do. Weekends are fine with him; except for Sunday mornings till early noon. Thanks for the compliments and hope ur reno journey will b a smooth one! Where's ur place by the way?
