Same thingy every year, i never heard and id ask customer to wait till next year to sign contract. So take your time bah. Anyway just find a honest id that give you their best quote and material and can complete on time is still priority.

Usually tiles cost is supply by contractor unless you are getting marble or granite contractor can get a better deal from supplier btw how much is your hompgeneus tiles cost per ft run? sand cost $800 for 4 room flat i guess i quite standard, some id package inside their quote

yah, maybe u can opt for a mirror door to make it "invisible" maybe a tic tac door which is use to conceal bomb shelter

price seem ok consider that your contractor willing to help to do miscellaneous works eg. patching up crackline, exhaust fan> some contrator dun even want to handle small project
