i think a bit high, why u not enggage contractor?its more cheaper eg: acid washing for whole house 2times , mine only $120, and ur id charge u $210 already "3. provide acid washing for whole unit tiled area - $150 4. General washing of whole unit upon handover - $60"

for mine they charge $1150 for whole house painting 4rm flat +$150 for door and piping, think that reasonable

my contractor cost me $180 for remove existing kitchen cabinet. clear debris $150
