for me i wont gv a big budget for sofa,max is 1k u can buy on SALE one , and if can hv good in quality is the best. for me i prefer leather, its need 3-4year before spoilt , and on that time u already bored with ur sofa too and just change the new one , but fabric once u hv stain ur heart will start to pain liao..

Really fast work from hobee, comfrm my reno with them on friday morning...... and in the afternoon my renovation permit out already. dong tu on saturday..... and left the house for 3 day. and the next day on tuesday morning Patrick with his worker come and......DRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..................... in the afternoon my cute living hall become like this............. my cutie kitchen become like this my passage way become like this

for the switch and socket can buy from chan huat opposite shaw plaza/ near famous bah kut teh. me serve by the lady ( which off every tuesday, so i never went there on tuesday ), she is very nice and i bought all my switch from her, and she gv me disc 15% for switch and socket. no minimum i think because last time only bought 2 socket she also gv me disc. her service is very good.
