actually its not far , from fernvale lane u can walk to yio chu kang road, from there hv bus to shenton way, amk,tampines,serangoon,city etc. i stay 4 month in fernvale liao...never use fernvale lrt if u like the house just take it )) i stay at 403 and absolutely like the playground and the feel

if ur old furniture super expensive and high in quality so worth to move, if not hor...really not worth ler... u waste ur time and money to move, after assemble back still not sure the quality will good or not.

mine with ceiling plaster etc etc arround 1.5k if only painting for whole house plus door maybe arround 1k-1.2k i think
