actually i know what you mean, did 2 reno's on brand new flats in the last 2 years and what was supposed to be "move-in condition" soon became a major reno project! good luck and can't wait to see your reno pics!!

We're ok with moving the bathroom door slightly forward towards the stairs, to give more space into the bathroom. That will give some space for a shower, just wondering how to do a screen..... Marcus actually suggested 2 glass half doors - like panes that can be swung back and forth as required and lower the floor of the shower area to demarcate it. May work?
