Hi Guys, i am planning to renovate my old condo, replacing kitchen/washroom tile wall and flooring, also replace old parquet flooring with new Burmese teakwood parquet. The price i got for tiles job was at round $12 per sqf (including tiles up to $3 per sqf and labour), teakwood parquet $15 per sqf? is it reasonable? or anyone knows the market rate. Thanks a lot. I am still waiting other contractor's price.
