    For single who really dun think they will start a family, I would say 3 room flat should be really comfortable. Any additional cash on hand will be of lot more use than using them for paying the mortgage. 2 cents worth.

    Hi How is the experience other then the full 8hours of work. Believe a HDB will not require 8hrs cleaning unless it is a full cleaning

    interesting topic here. How do we actually soundproof the ceiling? adding an additional layer? wouldnt that make the alrdy low ceiling even shorter for newer HDBs?
