Decided to change my MBR bathroom door from Tempered Glass to Movie Door... Worried that one day the tempered glass door will just shattered... Can anyone advise the cons of using movie door?

Ya, that's something quite unbelievable... But i think that usually happens to first timer couple like us, who gets their own flat the first time... And i do noe that if the next time we get a new place, i would definitely not spend so much again..

Was really glad to see the outcome of my MBR bathroom afterall... luckily the feature wall with apple green protruding round circles came out looking comfortable. Was so worried that the outcome would make the whole bathroom looks greeny... Last minute, my ID called me to say that she would want to suggest to raise a curb between the MBR and the bathroom, as previously the intersection pt between the room and bathroom was only a slight raise. So in order to protect my parquet flooring in the long run, she suggested to raise a curb. and this is the outcome... Yar, i was also hoping to reduce some dnlights in the house. i think currently we have about 40 dnlights which i feel it would become a electricity powerhse Bt at the same time, we are also worried that the lightings might not be enuf. So kinda in a dilemma... In the end, decided to proceed with the actual plan, becos the cove lighting would consume more power as compare to energy saving dnlights, but at the same time we also want to maintain the option to have a cosy feel with cove lights....

Another purchase from Ho Kee MBR undermound sink for Vanity Top MBR Sink Tap The salesman did also mentioned that undermount sink are very limited ... in fact they only have 2... one is the rectangular one and the other is the round one. Is it true that undermount sinks have very limited design? Or have we been duped?

Because we went to a few stores and most of them recommend this brand... in the end we bought the cooker and hob (Fujioh) Kitchen Sink ------------------------ Kitchen Sink Tap ------------------------ Cooker & Hob from Fujioh ----------------------------------------------------- The salesman did an interesting demo for the hob... by switching on the dehumidifier and letting the HOB to "inhale" the mist.... But comparison used with Mist & Smoke from Cooking... is it a fair comparison?

yar, i think that was alot too... Initially, my budget was only 4k, but as we would be having false ceiling, Lbox all over the place. So there are more lighting points, so cost went over our budget. Hopefully, the effect will turn out juz fine.
