I have a divider at the living room feature wall to block the "Qi" been flow straight out thru bedroom 2. Awaiting for your kind advise. Tks!

Now GSS, they have a package selling L-shape sofa, coffee table, tv console and dining table at $3099. 80% of their design in their shop can be choosen from. Anyone purchase their furniture before? i think is from 131 to 150. Anyone has comments for, 344, 346 and 348? Pro and con?

Hihi.. Actually we are are not puntang! The only reason i think 344 is slower is maybe the bedrooms face blk 90 and masterbed room faces blk 91. In short, no views and wind blockage. And 346 masterbed room faces the west coast so no blockage. 348 faces same as 346 plus bouna vista area. Conclude, good views and windy but west sun. Any body who has stepped into these 3 units care to share your views?

Couldnt wait to be your neighbour Notice that the blk 89 selection between #346 and #348 is faster than #344. Despite #348 is just 85sqm and #346 facing west sun, 344 seems more unpopular (whether becos of the awful chinese 344 number)? Anyone care to share their views. Need enlightenment. tks!

Hello future neighbours... Really having a headache now trying to decide on the unit, as one is facing the afternoon sun, the others are facing the school and the MRT. Afraid of the noise and the heat... so confuse now. Please help! Need to find out if the unit facing the afternoon sun very bad, do we have to turn on the air-condition the whole afternoon bcos of the heat. Need your advice Thanks in advance

Hi all , I am new to this forum and was amazed how this thread has link the good neighbours of THR togther. My FH and I have got a number from Jan BE to choose a 4 rm flat in Tanglin Halt and we are happy to be your neighbour. However, we prefer less noisy house especially direction from school and mrt/ main road. Anyone is currently staying at the flat facing the west side afternoon sun. Maybe you can share your experience whther the afternnon sun effect is bearable. Tks in advance .
