Hi, Just for a resale house. The following items are to be rectified in our new flat: 1. Remove and replace kitchen floor tiles (Warped tiles) 2. Repair wood floor on bedrooms and apply varnish 3. Replace toilet bowls and install bidet 4. Install store room shelves 5. Replace kitchen hood and hob 6. Re-paint and chemical clean the house. We are hoping to find someone can help us to do the above in an effective budget (on a tight budget ) Thank you,
