hi all, just back from bedok not long ago. went for da "open door" ceremony.. ok lar, kitchen and toilet floor/wall tiles are not as bad as u think, still acceptable in my opinion.. ha, manage to see my neighbour whois from da SERS.. guess wat, she told me her flat cost only 186k! we were like to those who are from da SERs, is this true?

no why, just dat during dat time i was deciding on either selecting this unit or da one behind.. and i told myself i wanna make frens w dat neighbour hee. cos i actually prefer flat dat is facing da main road.. big orange, will u be collecting your keys in anytime sooon? think u can bold bubbly & my nick le tks..

hi lovelee, i made my selection on da 23 apr.. hi lazurite, da timeframe is abt 1.5mths.. kinda fast which i din expect.. u can always go to myhdbpage to chk if your HLE has been approved.. once approve, u will receive your ltr within da nex 3-5 days.. aniwae, hope u are in time

eh, i just logon to myhdb and my status of application (HLE) has been approved, will be receiving the HLE letter by mail.. does that mean i will be collecting my keys soon???

eh although i m not a neighbourhood of tanglin halt bt i personally feel selecting a new flat is beta than resale? u shd raly consider dover, dat location is also good and convenient..

i went yday hee one of da contractor's (those sitting at da void) brought us to view 2 his works.. ok lar, v simple design..
