Ya, I know about this. I heard for 2-room someone did it about $500-600? Is this the correct way of thinking? Cause I don't want to end up title popping up if I overlay it with vinyl.

I am planning to opt out everything. And mostly I'll be going for Minimalist design with wood alike vinyl. But at the same time I also interested in your title now.
