Hi, Hope those who have gotten keys to your flat, may I know what do you have in the empty house? I understood that most of the flats do not have flooring, how about the toilet. What do they have inside? Basin? Toliet bowl? Mirror? Shower glass? Thank you.

Hi, Yup it is 2nd appointment as well as collecting the keys. As long as you do not receive the letter I think you should be safe. I am not sure about the collection of keys as in how long can we delay. I need to call/emaill them and asked. Will get back to you guys once I have the answer. But the 2nd appointment has to sign by mid July or else everything will be foreited. Yup, I am thinking about knocking off that wall too.... but I am still open to ideas so see what the ID recommend......

Hi, We also received the letter which informed us to collect the keys on the 20th of May. I really feel everything is too fast so my bf and I decided to postpone the appointment. We will collect it on mid-june...... Wow, a lot of pple living Blk 220B!!!! Hi all!!!!! Who has the unit 46? Do you plan to knock down any walls?

Hi, thanks for you concern I have selected my flats already. I am taking #13-46 @ Blk 220B. Yes you are right, only 15 applicant per day. I happened to be the first for Tuesday. How is the rest? Gotten your flats? As for the size, well we choose unblocked view over size. However, I definitely will move away once my family grow bigger.

Hi, I am balloting for the flats @ Bedok. I have been exploring that area for the past two days. The following are my thoughts: 1) The remaining flats @ high floor + facing outward are really small (internal floor area 85 sqm). I been into a master bedroom, I think if I put in a King size bed, the whole room will be full so where to put my wardrode?????? 2) The prices are really ex. I have spoken to some of the people who bought it under enblocked scheme only paid $200k++ for a 97sqm 4-rm flats @ high floor. The view is good also. Flats are really ex man!! I don't know man, can I get a better ones with this kind of pricing? Will the prices of HDB drop? Shall I pay more to get something that I like (However, that would mean I have to be a 'slave' longer in order to repay the debt)

Thanks for your advice. That is what I am planning to do also. Me planning to go and explore the area on Sunday. Have any idea whether we can sneak in and see how the flats like? I am going to try it out on Sunday or even Sat night!! Will share my experiences if I succeed. Hee.
