yes i do know this estate is old and many old pple ard as i used to live nearby. my fren who helps out at the grassroots level also told me that due to the age and income levels of residents in this estate, you will come across a certain breed of residents, esp those from the 3 roomers and some 4 roomers. in his words, 'love the location, but can't say the same for the environment.' so jus wanna know from the viewpoints of those who are already staying there.
