kinda pissed that i got a window wiper that left water mark lines on..how do you clean your window ? I thought a wiper would help when i have 15 windows to clean..

I was talking to a friend and he suggested that they could drill another hole. Have anyone request a OpenNet technician to drill another hole so to minimize the running of the cable ? Wonder if the below is possible ?

Hi all, my home has just renovated but didn't put Opennet as the previous owner opt out. MyRepublic offer was hard to resist but just need to find a solution for the cable. From the external, i guess the Openet would lay the cable through the hole on the right side ? because the other side is where the water and gas pipe is. I measure and found if i were to lay the cable to where the other boxes and power box is, it would be more than 5 meters it would also look ugly to lay another cable across I wonder if this 2nd alternative is possible or have you seen someone done this. Once the cable comes in they will mount the box at the top so it looks neat. I will also get a holder to hold the wireless router on to the wall. Is this ideal ? I would also need to put two power point at there ?

Hi all, i was wondering if you are in such situation where HDB dun allow the wall of the storeroom facing the living room to be hack down because of the fire reason. they only allow the storeroom wall facing the kitchen to be hack Any chances to appeal it ? because it won't be a open concept anymore.

Hi all, just need some advice for this resale home I just got. If I were to do very simple renovation, do we need to engage a ID or we could just source for contractors ourselves ? Maybe below are what we plan to do What do you think would be the cost of the below ? 1) remove the built-in cabinet for all 3 bedroom 2) remove the kitchen cabinet 3) hack the kitchen wall tiles 4) hack all floor tiles 5) Haven't thought of what floor tiles but surely those budget ones 6) Redo both the toilet 7) Built in kitchen cabinet for the bottom only 8) Built in clothes wardrobe for Bedroom 2 & 3 only trying to keep everything simple so we could do within our budget.

i try ntuc and sungei kadut .. they dun have .. ikea has one but it's starts from the floor to our shoulder height ....
