Hi anyone can advise me please? I went to small claim tribunal court and was awarded successful claim from “xxx” renovation company however the company never pay me on due date set by the tribunal court. Now I got to file for enforcement, anyone can guide me how to do it at the lowest m effective cost? So this unscrupulous renovation company collected 95% of my contract money and then stop work with 20+ items undone!!! The court grant me the claim but now they play dirty by not paying!! Really terrible experience dealing with them!!! Can any kind soul help me please? It’s really no justice if they can escape like that without paying!!! I can share the name of the company if I am allowed to!!! Please avoid them!
