Bought this house 2 yrs ago. This place is really quiet. At 1st i dont get used to it but later I like the place very much and my gal is enrolling for P1 this year. Hope that I can get into that school. So worry even though we have do the volunteer job.

I'm using SingTel Mio wireless broadband. I dont have any problem on connecting the 3 laptops and a desktop on the same time. My adapter (so called Hub) is in my living room and all notebooks and desktop are in the rooms(upstairs). I dont see there is any problem for wireless connection.

We did mentioned to them the things that needed to wrap and numbers of boxes we had during the request of quotation. Somemore we didnt requested any box from them as I had my own boxes. But they still give some to us in case we needed extra. But in the end, it is not reliable as most of the movers did. They are purposely increasing the price by threaten.

Dear all, My advice is dont used Moo Movers Transportation. I had previously used their services and experience been threatened like loan shark or gangsters few months. That time, I had made enquiry on the transportation charges and even inform them the location I'm moving too. On that day, the first things that they asked is to get food and drinks for them (never even want to pay you back) before loading the stuffs, I'm ok with it at first as I felt that they are working hard. To my surprise is they threatened me to increase the charges along the journey and all my stuffs are now on their lorry. No choice, I'm forced to agree on it. During the period, I felt that nothing I can do, just hope that the whole things will ended soon and no other fees will to be incurred. Now I'm shocked again they gave me another big surprise is they had dismantled our cupboards so that they can move into the house easier and again I'm ok with it too coz I expected them to put it back for me. Guess what... I'm been threatened again to pay them extra charges to put it back in shape and even requested us to pay them CASH. Does anyone over here also used their services? Or anyone encountered the same incident as me.

Jessie, Did you take any grant from HDB to purchase this EM? If not, the mature time for selling is 2.5 yrs.

Dear all... I'm back... after so long... My house is fully renovated and had moved in. Hehe.... so happy.... my house is not those wow... designed house just a normal renovated to remove all the running down items. Jessie, how's your reno?

I do not know anyone over here even used this ID/Contractors before. But I would like to comment that the services is very poor. I had made an appointment with this person, Raymond few days in advance for viewing and sms him my address immediately the conversation but in the end he did not turn up and caused me to rush all the way down from the end of West to North-East. The reasons he gave that he did not received my sms on my address but he himself had already informed his colleagues that he got an appointment with me. Since he had already knew about this appointment, no matter where the address is, it doesn't seems to be a problem on it, right? I didn't even complaint about it and is willingly to wait for him if he is coming down on the spot. But in the end, he just keeps saying that I didn't sms him the address in advance (speak rudely and sound like fighting) and not interested to do it. Hope you guys will understand how frustrated I will be if this happen to you and find a good ID/contractor.
