Saw what you wrote dated back in 2009, currently i have been staying in this new 3 room flat for 5 years, wish to renovate the toilets with wall hacking etc... 

Had ordered the floor and wall tiles, and even toilet bowls and face basin... 

Definitely had hard time looking for a kind contractor that will get the job done...
