As I know of, it is indeed all it promises to be, but costs are higher, of course. However, I don't personally know anyone who has a nano black stainless steel sink, I've just seen online a lot of people who praise it.
I didn't have any direct experience, luckily, but my brother-in-law did. As if the poor quality of the workmanship wasn't enough, they dragged the project for about a month more than initially agreed upon. He surely won't ever contract the first team he finds online ever again, that's for sure.
You need approvals for this project, as snooze already stated. But there shouldn't be much trouble acquiring them. Nice of you to think of her, by the way!
There are plenty of articles that cover this topic and it seems indeed to be true. A clean and organized workplace is sure to boost moral and productivity as everyone keeps a clearer mind when working. The same goes for the home environment as well, cleanliness makes a whole lot of difference not only in the sense that you are less likely to inhale pollutants and have other similar issues (proper hygiene is in check overall), but chances are that you will have a more positive mindset as well, increasing life quality as a whole.
