you might be right.. maybe as i told them my budget upfront so they might think that i am a low end customer.cos what i really wanted was more bread and butter, just to maximise the gfa of the house.

I got a quote from them recently, the quotation are reasonable. went to their worksite to have a look, looks very decent . They are on my shortlist along with Trace.

I did ask them for a quote before, but came back too high from my budget. I found them on the internet, so now still looking around for a suitable builder/architect which can be work on my budget.
