Hi there! May I ask from this community whether there is still ID companies or contractors, who are still providing empty promises, poor project coordination, poor workmanship, etc? Or collect payment already and leave a mess for the owners? Or never come back for defects after full payment made? or keep dragging the project (don't know for whatever reason)? Or any experience you had ?
