Hi all, I just recently do full renovation of my flat. It cost around 33-35k. The reno i done is : - hack and replace all floor and wall title, - paint all wall and ceiling, - replace all window and grill, - replace all toilet bowl and basin, - new full kitchen cabinet ( exclude cook stove) - rewiring all elec cable and light. Just curios, if anyone know, how much do you think the contractor can earn from 1 project like in my case 33k ? 30% of the project amount ? If i can take the simple sample, for do extension TV point, by general market price is $90. How much you think can earn from this service ? Thanks for any input.
