  1. Nice layout! How big is the whole place?
  2. Can i check are the prices on the upper level or middle to lower level?
  3. Thanks for all your advices! We don't know how long we'll be staying here though maybe short term (5-10 yrs). That is a MUST. I bought my fire insurance since day 1 for my 1st flat even though it's new. Better don't take chances.
  4. then that's just admiring photos, i don't consider it as keeping pets.
  5. Hi, Is it necessary to do the rewiring for my 12 yrs resale 5A unit? My contractor told me it's not necessary as 12 yrs is still relatively ok. But my friends has been telling me, safety 1st as hers fused off at the 14th yr and she has to do rewiring which is very troublesome as she's already staying in the unit. Thank you.
  6. gidler, yes that's why we decided to cut down a lot on the things to do, after getting all the quotes from IDs to Contractors.
  7. haha my hubby mentioned that we can save on the delivery fees for macdonalds now that they're so near us. I'll not be as stressed as you both as i only have a 5 month old >=P
  8. gidler, Nice design! Really hope i have the budget to do a revamp, now going to make do and focus only on mbr. welcome to tampines too, i've not moved there, collecting keys in june and will be moving in july, so most prob be moving in at the same time as you. i notice we're going to be in the same area, i'll be near tampines mart.
  9. I love the colours of your home also, will still look new 10 years later :-)
  10. wenniee, thank you for the contact!! HDB is really taking a long time to approve your hacking leh, i thought it should be done quite fast.
  11. Nice layout and i like the way you change the layout of the rooms and your kitchen.
  12. hi wenniee, nice place you have there, the layout good and the view is awesome! my new place doesn't have much view (can only see the opposite flats). May i know where is the zen shop that you patronise? we're still waiting for our keys to come in june....*yawn* such a long wait.
  13. agree, no point paying 100k COV, can really do a lot of things with that amt of money.
  14. junkay, yes this COV thingy must pay in cash.
  15. that's considered a walk in wardrobe? nice interior that to merge with both the wardrobe + book shelves but it'll not be enough for us i currently has a whole study room with 2 rows of book shelves and my wardrobe is not enough to hold all our clothes already
  16. nice and cosy home you have there, i'm merging my study together with my mbr also, besides wardrobe, i also hope to squeeze in my bookshelves, hope my contractor can do it without compromising the space.
