HDB change new rules? I was told that my application to hdb to install roofing at my balcony requires PE endorsement. That will cost me another couple of hundreds and delay in processing papers. Everything is not going right...... hopefully they can resolved this soon.

that's good, at least the worse case scenario is 30 mins without gas. My contractor will be installing a sliding tray for the cylinder to sit in the cabinet.

Looks like the older HDB didn't have SP gas pipeline. No choice then, have to live with gas cylinder. Jessie, yes need the contact.... pm or sms me. You mean using gas cylinder is cheaper compare to SP gas?

Just got news from my contractor that SP does not have gas pipe at my area so i have to use gas cylinder. Any recommendation?

Didn't change my move in date, check out my signature. The date is given by FSM, i will move in alone even if it is not complete whereas my family will stay in my parents house for the time being. Luckily, my contractor said progress is on the right track should be able to deliver on time.

Don't give up, tot there ain't many out there but i believe u will find your dream EM. Check that there is not many transactions at JW st 41 and also virgo side. But alot at JW st 42.

I'm already choking, cannot breathe. One bad news today, the existing daikin air-con gas leaking so end up servicing + repair + relocate fan coil = $935 I think i will take the alternative, install new one at $2150 daikin or $2250 mitsubitshi(double compressor). All non-inverter type, inverter one costs $3k up.

hum....... you see I have a tight budget so i engaged contractor instead of ID because the pricing is far cheaper than ID without compromising quality of material. The contractor only have computer 2d which sucks big time. Even i myself find the 2d "so so" only, not good enough. With that, i can't bring myself to post it here..... My contractor do have 3d but i have to bear the cost at $60 per page so i will rather use it on other stuffs. Thus far, I'm happy with the workmanship. Will post once it is done.

yes, tiling work almost finished. Next will be balcony roofing, window + grills, carpentry, painting, wiring and washing.

Ya...cannot tahan, that's why i overhaul all toilets/wash room and kitchen. Will update with new pics once renovation is completed.

Hooray, now it is my turn to show hand, took us 8 months to complete the whole process right for searching for our EM and to selling my 5I. Finally collected keys to my EM early August and at the moment, renovation work is in progress. It’s really a tedious job budgeting renovation cost, looking for the right contractor/ID, theme of the house, deco, design furnishing etc etc etc…… but it is worth every bit of your time and effort. Check out the kitchen and toilets, oh yes they will be given a new look: Kitchen cabinet - overhaul Common toilet - overhaul MBR toilet - overhual Wash room - overhual Will update with more pics soon........

Me using the same contractor as jessie, i will recommend.
