Horizontal bars cos compromise between view and security/safety. At least the view is not totally blocked with horizontal bars. Yes, 6 this month.

1.3k for dinning and 3 bed rooms curtains, day and night. Only Dinning and MBR using full length curtain, the other bed rooms about 3/4 length. Didn't do roller blinds cos find it too office like.

I think my MBR is completed; Roman binds at WIW: King size bed: Curtain, greenish gold, need to get double side tape to stick the curtain holder to feature whole: Fostered glass panel to conceal bed from outside: Living hall, fish tank still in progress of setting up;

Cos i hacked all tiles, if overlay it will be 4 inches less, so u have to check if the ex-owner got overlay or not. Besides, Zhi Seng tidy up the pipping making more space, that's probably why it looks bigger.

Hood is useless, from past experience we still need to clean up the kitchen after cooking, the hood doesn't work in my case so this time round we decided to do without it. So far so good, the glass panel is able to prevent splashes but it does get oily and requires cleaning after each session. Actually i wanted a full height glass panel but my contractor said it will make cleaning difficult so in the end only about 1 m tall.

It would be much better if the common toilet bowl and vanity top can switch position. That means your shower area is facing the entrance?

Yes, they do deliver what they promised. I'm satisfied with their workmanship and they are fast in rectifying problems I highlighted to them. I agreed that he is really busy. He told me on average he has got 4 to 6 projects each month(only him not the whole of Zhi Seng) and work till mid night everyday. Anyway good luck to your coming renovation.

Yes, the parquet at the staircase has been varnished and the the stair railing has been given a fresh coat of paint.
