Hi, would like to get some advise. I have recently gotten a inter terrace and would like to carry out the rebuilt as it was build in the 70s. I have gotten a quote of $40k from a consultancy firm that takes care of the submission, PE and structural from beginning to CSC. This does not include the URA fees or surveyor fees. I have separately gotten a design fee quote of $15k from a ID. Like to check if this $55k is a reasonable amount? Thanks.
