Just bought a 5 years old resale condo. The place is in very good condition so we are planning only to do the below works. We may not be getting a overall contractor/ID and just approach carpenters, electricians etc ourselves for the works.
Does anyone have any advice on the order of doing things?
- pre move in deep cleaning
- electrical wiring inspection/rewiring if need
- aircon inspection/maintenance
- painting of entire unit
- very light carpentry work. Just intending to add a cupboard in the service yard, and replace some cabinet door hinges
- install roller blinds in service yard
- replacement of metal gate and digital locks
