I've visit one of his customers flats but i think im gonna look at 1 or 2 more over the weekend. Dun really know what to look out for though.

For me, i've been to 19 IDs. Currently, only 2-3 have passed so many tests. Hope to finalise my ID in 1 weeks time.

Hi all, I'm close to signing a contract with Roy. But i need to chk out his carpentry, tiling n other workmanship 1st b4 deciding. His quote is one of the better ones but i guess that's becuz of his low overhead costs. He dun really have a showroom n in his company, he n his colleague are the only ID. Anyway, i see him more as an experienced contractor who acts as a supervisor. But of course, since he has 9 years of hands on experience, he probably possess as much knowledge as a typical ID in the market. Nevertheless, i would like to ask all the Inzen customers 1. How is his worksmanship? 2. Do u encounter any problems 2-3 years after ur reno is done?

I agree with ur point on GST. Either they r true or some kind of scare tactics. So, who's ur confirmed ID? (***** / Summit) Hee hee. Just guessing

Hi, I've visited a lot of IDs n i'm really impressed with Andrew's design. His quotation may not be the cheapest but it's also not the highest. Anyway, he's one of the few IDs i've shortlisted and I hope to get more feedbacks on him. I've read a lot of good reviews on him but there are also some bad reviews which were not revealed in this thread. Can someone PM me in detail what these bad reviews are? Good reviews are also welcome?

Well done AshRinz. Such companies have forgotten why they should be in such business n they should be taught such a lesson. Their aim in this industry is to make homes as beautiful as possible for their customers within the given budget. I guess this underlying principle has been lost as the company grows too big n commercialised.
