U've made the right choice. I've seen my MIL house reno and I'm glad Roy is not like their contractor/ID. That contractor/ID planning was not up to standard, time management skills sux and he didnt even prepare any eqp when he wanted to do the reno. Imagine asking the home owner for a ladder or chair or screw driver so that he can do some work. What crap. Family fren some more. Nevertheless, have faith in Roy. He may seem busy but he'll make sure ur house is done sui sui!!!

U can meet him elsewhere. Unless u need to do some finalisation of plans. I've PMed u his contact.

Hi buble-ling! It is interesting to note that we have exactly the same floor plan! But my unit is slightly smaller though, 124sqm. You can check out my blog below to see more. I was also as excited as you 4 months back, hehe...now I've moved in already but haven't had the time to update and post pics of my inhabited house. Enjoy the whole reno process!

Thanx, virgo! Ya, a lot of carpentry. When I came to see house last week, Roy's carpenters were hogging both lifts, haha...had to wait for about 15-20 mins for them to bring up all the carpentry stuff before I could go up. Thanx, smartfool! haha...copy lor. it was roy's idea actually.

It's something i regret telling him. Anyway, I've already set a deadline for him to handover the house. Think i may not even be able to move in b4 Hari Raya. I got reservist till 20 Aug. Wife will be busy during Sept holidays. Then, during fasting month, where got so much energy to shift so many stuff from Jurong (my parent's place) n Bedok (my in law's place). Sian. Super sian

If u're not convinced, just drop by again the following week. I can show u my place myself. But must go on Sat or Sun. I got reservist till 20 Aug. Wont be free on weekdays. dtft, It's normal. I also had to wait for my revised quotation for more than 2 weeks. All i can say is Roy is very busy. If u really want him to do ur house, u have to be patient.
