Irony... i am used to the flying in the day time and also in the night time liao and it's only 2 months since I've moved in.. NOt really that bothered by it. The past few nights ain't the loudest I recall 2 mths ago. lagi worst.. or maybe my tolerance level now is higher.... what to do.. since already chosen to buy a flat here.. since bo bian. Yah, I think baby wont be bothered by it coz right after birth, it is conditioned to live in an environment whereby every day it will hear the fighter plane zooming past. It will be considered 'normal' to it. If mother has been living in the same noisy environment while pregnant, the baby more used to it. hehe.......... I am just consoling myself. -

idealhouse.com or not. they are the same company if their address is in the serangoon address. They created another company so that customers no need to pay GST! no pt to apply hdb license for each spin off -

I am a very picky and meticulous person..and indecisive keep changing my requirement, add this dun want that..even my bf say if he were the ID he don't even want to do my business. Luckily steven is always very patient and polite n efficient.. So far we are very gam with him. I agree that if my id were another person, the J guy.. we might have worse disagreement n unhappiness with him coz we would be angry by his attitude as we have high expectation even though our renovation does not cost more than 30K, is still our hard-earned money! Not to mention, in order to cut cost, we sourced our own stuff like Blum lift system from a hardware store as it is cheaper than by from him. As I was too busy to go collect & he went personally down to pay and collect for me. We also got our own painter & electrician, hence cutting his margin, but still his attitude is good. Aside from some comments like 'ehh.. ur plc light ur electrician did a bit slanted leh' ur painter painted the ceiling got glossy marks leh..... but his tone was not mocking kind. just some gd will remarks.. to inform me what he noticed and ask me to rectify with my painter and electrician. -

what the definition of badly layed tiles. i think is quite ok leh.. just that the tiles size are too small and the pattern with red lines is not that nice. but the bigger grouting spacing is supposed to be the standard/right way to lay homo tiles.. to prevent uneveness or what not. Laying the tiles too closely to get smaller grout lines is usually done by outside contractor hired by homeowners who have this special request. in fact in the long run i was told is not good. as the tiles are not even.. this is what my ID told me -
i also want to know where to get those castor chairs with good castors. i saw this on th einternet. http://casters.castercity.com/chair-furnit...wood-floors.htm not sure if anything close selling here.

wow u are targetting this at simmons brand. is it really that bad? how abt sealy and other brands? mattress that can be flipped also means is thicker.. hard to find bedsheets. anyway what the standard ht of bed including legs and frame? Mine is 14" mattress + 8" divan bedframe.. and now choosing between 2" or 3" or 4" legs..

think is best not to cover it. wood is alive n needs to breathe and with sgp's high humidity level, is much harder to maintain wood floor

Hi vince, my living room is long.. abt 10m long and 4 m wide. pls see below the tv & sound bar I intend to put on the left side of the living room, right side being the dining area. W = windows D = bedroom doors Does puttting the yamaha YSP3000 or YSP4000 works for my layout coz i understand that it works by bouncing sounds off 4 walls. But i have windows on the left and the living room walls are far away. Else how abt this new one bar HTS from yamaha YAS-71 which i found on the website, not sure if will be brought to sgp. It's using Exclusive AIR SURROUND XTREME . http://www.yamaha.co.jp/english/product/av.../dsp/yas71.html How abt the philips HTS8140? I just want a sleek system without the wires. not going to hide wires with casing. I'm not really a true full audiophile or a extreme HT enthusiast. where 'xxx' are blank spaces coz this post will truncate the spacings and drawings will be out. ---------------------------------------Main door--------- |WxxxxxTV Console xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx| |Wxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx| |Wxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx| |WxxxxxxSofaxxxxxxxxxxxx Dining tablexxxxxxxx| |__xxxx _________________________Kitchen__| xxx|xxxx|xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx glass door xxxDxxxD xxx|_D_| -

Steven is very patient with us even though I am very meticulous & indecisive, keep changing my requirements & asking for his opinion. Even though sometimes our discussion session took about 3 hrs ending abt 11pm. he still show his concentration & still can joke & laugh to himself sometimes. 3D pictures though not those 99% realistic type, can be easily visualised & looks good too. At least no need to pay so much more for 99% realistic 3D diagrams. I am very particular abt dimensions so steven gave me a detailed 2D drawings of all the carpentry dimensions to go through including internal shelvings. So far so good. waiting for carpentry to further comment. -

the not-so-nice method. http://www.esaver.com.sg/Switch%20Timer.html the built-in method where ur electrician build this in during electrical wiring.. http://www.omron-ap.com/product_info/index.asp?catlvl=83 http://www.omron-ap.com/product_info/index.asp?catlvl=84 my electrician will be doing the Omron for me, not for water heater, but for my ventilation fan in wc. -

hmm i was told need to shower in the mbr still need to go to the kitchen to on the heater... actually to be able to hide aircon trunking or not also depends on the floor plan & location of your planned built-in carpentry. With system 4 is hard to hide for my plan as the water pipes still need to be disposed in the mbr wc. Also i was not able to put the blower just on top of my door frame due to the planned built-in full ht book shelf directly 40cm opposite it. -
May I know which store sell Franke sink, Fujioh hood, Rinna hob and instant water heater, & bathroom accessories?
